Product Release: AgentFlow
In Q1, we finally released AgentFlow – our all-in-one agentic AI platform for deploying, managing, and orchestrating multiple AI Agents across workflows in finance and insurance.
The platform addresses the complexity and fragmentation typically associated with setting up AI Agents by helping companies configure, orchestrate, monitor, review, and fine-tune AI Agents in one platform.

This enables organizations to tailor AI Agents to their needs, balance tasks intelligently, and maintain compliance through features like confidence scores, explainability, and audit trails.
AgentFlow’s key highlights include:
- Comprehensive AI Agent management
- Industry focus for banking and insurance sectors
- Multi-functional AI Agents
- Self-serve and white-glove options
- Operational efficiency
- Cost reduction and workflow simplification

Accelerators
Google Cloud Next 2025

We’re proud to share that Multimodal has been selected for the Google for Startups Cloud AI Accelerator, joining a global cohort of just 15 startups. This prestigious 10-week program kicks off at Google Cloud Next 2025, where we’ll pitch on stage and begin collaborating with Google’s top AI experts.
The accelerator is focused on helping startups scale AI-powered solutions responsibly and effectively. For us, that means advancing the capabilities of our Agentic AI platform—particularly for financial and insurance applications.
With direct access to cutting-edge tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, and Agentspace, we’ll be enhancing AgentFlow to meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients.
Alongside technical support, the program includes workshops on infrastructure, UX, growth, and leadership, plus invaluable mentorship and connections with the broader Google for Startups network.
We’ll also showcase our progress at a high-profile Demo Day in June, presenting to investors, partners, and industry leaders.

FinTech Innovation Lab NY 2025
This quarter, we were also selected to join the 2025 FinTech Innovation Lab New York, a 12-week accelerator program run by Accenture and the Partnership Fund for New York City.

We’re one of only 11 startups chosen from a competitive applicant pool, reflecting the growing interest in agentic AI solutions across the financial services sector.
The program provides direct access to senior executives at top banks, insurers, and venture firms.
Over the coming months, we’ll work closely with these industry leaders to refine our platform and identify new applications for AI-driven automation. With a strong focus on real-world use cases, the Lab is an ideal environment to accelerate the adoption of AgentFlow and ensure it meets the needs of complex enterprise environments.
Participation in the Lab also includes targeted mentorship, product validation, and go-to-market support. We’ll conclude the program by presenting our progress at Demo Day in June 2025, where we’ll showcase our work to investors, partners, and potential customers.

Module Release: Process Module
Following the launch of AgentFlow, our agentic AI framework for automating financial and insurance operations, we released the first of four modular components: the Process module.
AgentFlow modules are designed to work like building blocks—each with a specific function, but built to connect seamlessly into larger, more sophisticated workflows.
The Process module focuses on a critical capability: extracting, classifying, and structuring data from unstructured sources.

It serves as the foundation for enabling Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and generative AI solutions.
While Process can operate independently, its full potential is realized when paired with the other AgentFlow modules:
- Search enables natural language data retrieval and insight generation.
- Decide applies reasoning and business logic for context-aware decisions.
- Create turns structured information into dynamic, data-backed outputs like reports and business documents.
Each module is deployable on its own, but together they provide a scalable system capable of automating entire end-to-end workflows.

Attended InsurTech 2025 & Hosted a Happy Hour

Earlier this month, our team attended InsurTech NY 2025, connecting with innovators and leaders shaping the future of insurance. The event offered valuable insights into how AI is being applied across the industry, from modernizing claims processes to rethinking underwriting workflows.
One of the highlights was our Happy Hour at Bathtub Gin in Chelsea, where we brought together insurance professionals, AI enthusiasts, and industry decision-makers for an evening of conversation, live music, and vintage speakeasy charm.

It was a welcome break from the typical conference pace, creating space for more grounded conversations about:
- What’s actually working in AI workflows today
- Strategies for modernizing legacy systems without a full rip-and-replace
- Emerging partnerships forming behind the scenes
We also had a chance to connect with Tony Lew, the co-founder and managing Director of InsurTech NY, and hear from David Gritz, also a co-founder and one of the driving forces behind the event.
For a closer look at the insights from the event and what we learned, read our recap.
Recorded a Podcast Special With Our Product Manager

We released a special episode of Pioneers, our podcast on AI innovation in financial services.
In this conversation, Product Manager Mora Freire interviews our founder, Ankur Patel, to discuss why so many enterprise AI projects stall—and how AgentFlow was designed to overcome those hurdles.
The episode explores:
- Why AI often fails quietly within complex enterprise systems
- How AgentFlow bridges the gap between proof-of-concept and production
- Real-world applications in insurance, banking, and healthcare
Ankur also shares specific examples from lending operations, where AgentFlow is helping institutions:
- Instantly classify documents
- Automate data extraction
- Accelerate decision-making from days to minutes
Designed to be compliance-ready, modular, and highly customizable, AgentFlow enables lenders to move faster while maintaining accuracy and auditability.
As Ankur notes in the episode, “The lender who gets the first quote out wins.”

Financial Services: 80% Faster Financial Statement Processing

A Fortune 500 enterprise needed a way to scale document analysis for financial filings like 10-Ks and 10-Qs, without sacrificing compliance or accuracy. Manual extraction had become a bottleneck.
By deploying Unstructured AI and Report AI, they achieved:
- 80% faster processing of SEC filings
- 100% table detection accuracy
- A scalable pipeline that parses unstructured files into structured, analysis-ready outputs
Now, their analysts can go from raw filings to insights in minutes, without the manual lift.
