From upgraded Chat features in AgentFlow to a new regional partnership in Brazil, this month was about acceleration.
We released AgentFlow features designed to improve speed, clarity, and onboarding while expanding our agentic footprint across Latin America.
AgentFlow Updates
Chat Gets an Upgrade: Sources, Citations, Spaces
The new AgentFlow Chat 2.0 now supports sources and in-text citations, helping users verify where each response comes from and understand what shaped it. This makes every conversation more transparent and audit-ready, especially useful for regulated environments.
Users can also now:
Start a new "instant chat" session for casual, ad hoc queries
Upload and segment data into spaces (think: knowledge folders)
Ask questions using selected spaces as a dynamic context
See confidence scores and traceable sources for each response
Each space can act as a dedicated knowledge base, making it easier to segment documents by regulation, product line, or geography.
What’s the best way to test this?
Create a new space, upload your PDFs, and ask something like, "What’s our underwriting process in Texas versus Florida?" AgentFlow will cite the relevant documents directly in its response.
Admins can also preconfigure which models, files, and agents are available in each workflow, ensuring compliance while enabling governed experimentation. This creates a balance between flexibility for business users and oversight for technical teams.
To support new users, we launched an in-platform Resource Center. This provides an overview of modules, setup guides, and an evolving library of best practices.
Think of it as a persistent "how-to" layer to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.
Company Updates
Brazil: Multimodal Expands with SOSA Partnership
We’ve officially entered the Brazilian market through a new partnership with SOSA, bringing AgentFlow to top banks and insurers across Latin America’s largest economy.
"Multimodal was identified as the ideal partner due to its highly specialized focus, commitment to local presence and compliance, and client-centric implementation model," — SOSA
With SOSA’s deep ties in the region and our technical footprint, we’re launching pilot projects with multiple banks and insurance firms.
The goal: deploy dozens of intelligent agents that can reduce cost, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve decision speed without sacrificing data privacy.
This expansion includes:
Local technical team fluent in Portuguese
VPC deployments inside Brazilian infrastructure
Compliance with Brazil’s strict data privacy standards
As SOSA described it, this partnership "elevates the standards of AI adoption in Brazil, firmly establishing the nation as a leader in AI-driven innovation within the financial sector."
