Welcome to our monthly roundup. November was packed with product milestones, big-stage moments, and growing recognition of our agentic AI platform in both finance and insurance.
Here's what we shipped and where we showed up.
AgentFlow Updates
Playbooks Are Live
We launched AgentFlow Playbooks, ready-to-run AI workflows tailored for finance and insurance. These aren’t static templates. They’re live, editable, production-grade flows that mirror how real teams operate. Use them to:
Automate intake, triage, approvals, and reporting
Test with real documents before any integration
Fork and customize agents for your own stack
Playbooks drastically shorten feedback loops and reduce build risk. They’re already driving new use case discovery inside credit unions and carriers alike.
Progress Tracker: Showing the Work
We quietly shipped a new Progress Tracker across select AgentFlow deployments. Customers told us they want visibility into what agents are doing, and validation that real agentic AI is powering the outcomes.
Progress Tracker delivers:
A mapped view of each workflow step, tied to SOPs
Confidence thresholds (e.g., 99% auto-approval vs <80% escalation)
Execution logs with per-action costs and timing
This isn’t just transparency. It’s trust by design and the clearest signal yet that Multimodal’s agents aren’t just “powered by AI,” they’re built to do the work.
Multimodal Updates
Google Accelerator: Gemini, Agents, and Karaoke
From November 18–20, we joined Google’s Growth Academy in Mexico City as part of their 2025 AI Accelerator cohort.
Highlights:
A hands-on Gemini 3 demo and product feedback session (yes, we asked the tough questions)
Roundtables on agent design patterns and real-world AI use cases
1:1 mentoring on UX and product development
And yes, a karaoke night, where “Don’t Stop Believin’” made an appearance
The energy, the people, and the conversations were unforgettable.
InsurTech Connect: Main Stage + Startup Pitch Finalist
November marked our debut at InsureTech Connect Vegas, the largest global gathering of insurance innovators. We didn’t just show up, we showed what real agentic AI looks like in production.
Ankur demoed Multimodal on the main stage, walking through how our agentic AI platform handles FNOL intake, adjudication, and reporting inside P&C carriers. It wasn’t theoretical. We showed workflows deployed today, with confidence scoring, audit trails, and full document intelligence.
We also made the final round of the State Farm Startup Pitch, a competitive spotlight on emerging technologies reshaping the insurance value chain. The judges emphasized what set Multimodal apart: vertical depth, auditability, and the ability to move from concept to production in under 90 days.
Firecracker at IgniteFi
We were named one of IgniteFi’s Firecracker Fintechs, a recognition reserved for companies building high-impact tech that’s already changing how credit unions operate.
At the event, we demoed lending workflows that combine Document AI, Decision AI, and Report AI in a single flow. No duct-taped connectors. No sandbox demos. Just real agents working on real member applications.
The IgniteFi community, credit union leaders, fintech builders, and infrastructure partners, responded with strong interest, especially around how AgentFlow captures SME expertise and enforces compliance without manual review at every step.
Credit Unions: Why Agentic AI Matters Now
We just published The State of Agentic AI in Credit Unions 2025. The takeaway: agentic AI is gaining traction, but most credit unions are still early in the journey. Only 18% have enterprise-wide deployments, yet 66% plan to use AI in decisioning, making it the most active area of investment.
Early adopters are already seeing results. FORUM Credit Union cut loan processing time by 70%. Launch CU prevented $3.5M in fraud losses. Others are using agents to reduce false positives in compliance by over 90%.
The biggest challenge? Moving from pilots to production. Most vendors offer siloed tools. AgentFlow offers orchestration, explainability, and auditability in one platform, built to scale safely in regulated environments.
